IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 12 (1) (a) and 12 (5) of the Kakamega County Water and Sanitation Services Act, THE KENYA GAZETTE 17th May, 2024 2021, section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, Fernandes Barasa, appoint— LISAMULA SILVERSE ANAMI to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Kakamega County Rural Water and Sanitation Company Limited, for a period of two (2) years, with effect from the 9th May, 2024.
