APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 137 (2) (c) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, I, Fernandes Barasa, appoint— Simeon Tiemeri Mukenya, CPA Edwin Amira, to be members of the Kakamega County Budget and Economic Forum, for a period of four (4) years, with effect from the 9th May, 2024.
