Box 3073–00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gacuru wa Karenge, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Gacuru wa Karenge, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Gacuuru wa Karenge, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address me by my assumed name Gacuuru wa Karenge only.
