WHEREAS Patrick Safari Chome, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. Kilifi Township/Block 3/206, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card issued thereof has been lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new white card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
