REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nanak Lime Works Limited, of P.O. Box 80686– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as plot No. 14940/Voi, situate in Voi Munnicipality within Taita County, registered as CR. 24466/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in resect o fthe title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the proprietor has executed a deed of indemnity in favor o fthe Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with eregistartion of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstructthe deed file register as provided under section 33(5) of the Act remove the restriction, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
