TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) Fauzia Said Halima and (2) Hadija Saidi Ngima Wachira, both of P.O. Box 4–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Halima Said Wachira alias Halima Zaidi, who died on 26th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2024 By Athman Khatwib Akida, of P.O. Box 12075–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akida Mwinyi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 8th December, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
