E126 OF 2023 By Dalmas Ouma Onjuru, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Onjuru Odigo, who died on 10th August, 1995. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By Jane Adhiambo Owino, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karilus Owino Akelo, who died at Naya, on 23rd October, 1983. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2024 By Martin Odinga Oluoch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Oluoch Odinga, who died at Ndigwa, on 29th May, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
