E56 OF 2024 By Caroline Akinyi Mbuya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Agengo Midigo alias Pawlina Agengo Midigo, who died at Wathorego, on 3rd August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By Michael Ochieng Obiero, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Juma Obiero, who died on 3rd March, 2022. 3rd May, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
