TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By Joseph Omunyongor Shillingi, the deceased’s son, through Messrs Ashioya & Co., advocates of Busia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rasmo Osiling Omunyongor, who died at Chelelemuk Sub-location, on 9th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Abel Omuse Murunga and (2) Francis Ongelech Okaroni, both of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omusoro Omukeini, who died at Onyunyur Sub-location, on 10th April, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
