CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2024 By Beatrice Nyambura Ongori, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ong’ori Oyondi alias Ondieki Oyondi, who died at Ene Ngetia, on 22nd October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2024 By Florence Migide, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Derick Muhindi, who died at Homunoywa Sub-location, on 24th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E117 OF 2024 By Pricilla Musanga Andai, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Anduka, who died at Tigii Sub-location, on 15th May, 1986.
