TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2024 By Enos Chama Anzigale, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Anzigale alias Javan Anzigale Chavale, who died at Kisatiru Sub-location, on 17th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. 28 OF 2024 By Elima Akwivisa Agasi, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jivayi Luvembe alias Jivayi Lubembe, who died at Shiru Sub-location, on 19th November, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
