TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Felister Jesire Komen, of P.O. Box 32–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Komen Kimuge, who died at Salawa, on 1st August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
