TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 3rd May, 2024 CAUSE NO. 98 OF 2024 By Paul Odindi Otieno, of P.O. Box 54, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ng’ong’a Nyamuandha alias Jacoob Ng’ong’a Nyamwandha, who died on 9th February, 2012. CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2024 By Washingtone Oduor Onyango, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Onyango Bare, who died at Mulaha Sub-location, on 24th May, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
