TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Kariuki Kanumi and (2) Paul Thiong’o Kanumi, both of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wambui Kanumi, who died on 21st August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2024 By Freshia Njeri Thiongo, of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Mwihaki Gatundu, who died on 12th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
