E107 OF 2023 By Evans Kalu Kithi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Changawa Ngombo, who died on 17th November, 1992. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By Franklin Karisa Mwachiro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwachiro Munga Madafu alias Mwachiro Munga, who died on 27th February, 1994. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Sammy Karisa Chocho, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Charo, who died on 6th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By (1) Kadzo Charo Samuel and (2) Benson Mokoli Charo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Samuel Kazungu Mizigo alias Charo Samuel, who died on 11th December, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
