TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2024 By (1) Johnson Obiero Gwaro and (2) Esmeralda Kemunto Nyasimi, both of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Nyasimi Obiero, who died on 10th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2024 By Esther Mokobi Ngisa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngisa Ondieki, who died on 2nd April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
