TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Wanjiru Wamae and (2) Loice Muthoni Kongo, both of P.O. Box 128–20106, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and niece, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephano Wamae Kimani alias Stepheno Wamai Kimani, who died at Monamichitha, Nakuru, on 20th June, 1998. THE KENYA GAZETTE 3rd May, 2024 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
