Otieno Onyando alias Michael Fred Otieno, who died 30th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. 375 OF 2023 By Charles Masese Okemwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Okemwa Maengwe alias Francis Okemwa, who died at Kiamwasi Location, on 1st July, 1986. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2024 By Dorfin Shally, of P.O. Box 69, Uriri in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderea Otieno Ouko, who died at Uriri Village, on 22nd December, 1993. CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2024 By Elkana Metabo Nuguti, of P.O. Box 35, Sare in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Moguti Obuoro, who died on 5th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2024 By (1) Roseline Atieno Otieno and (2) Joice Akoth Otieno, both of P.O. Box 787, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Otieno Ngeya, who died at Life Care Hospital in Kenya, on 18th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2024 By (1) Tom Mboya Mgeni, (2) Everline Adhiambo Mgeni and (3) Galus Odari Mgeni, all of P.O. Box 985, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ogigo Kemo, who died at Giribe, on 8th June, 2002.
