TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E368 OF 2023 By Anjelina Atieno Mbanda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Erick Okola, who died at St. Joseph Nyabondo Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2016. CAUSE NO. E483 OF 2023 By Leonard Auma Ojode, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ojode Opondo, who died at Komenya Kalaka Sub-location, on 20th April, 1987. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2024 By Lucy Adhiambo Obiero, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Ogutu Musungu, who died on 8th January, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
