E92 OF 2023 By (1) Nicholas Kimuhu Njuguna and (2) Mary Wamaitha Njeri, the deceased’s grandson and grand-daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wamaitha Kimuhu, who died at Avenue Nursing Home, on 23rd April, 1997. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024 By Mutuku Kithome, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Ndunge Kome, who died at South “B” Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2008. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By (1) Syamito Metoi and (2) Muntet ole Metoyu Nchani, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Metoi Daala Nchani alias Metoi ole Daala Nchani, who died at Sajiloni, on 25th May, 2015. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By (1) Meentu Kiroyian Kepese and (2) Parkire Kiroyian Kipese, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karato Kiroyian Kepese alias Karato Roiyan Kipise, who died at Namanga, 14th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
