E20 OF 2023 By (1) Elly Joy Mwendwa Maingi and (2) Edith Mukwanyaga George, the deceased’s child and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fridah M’Rithaa Kaari, who died at Noonkopir, on 29th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Anne Kanini Melita and (2) Bryan Mpoke Mopel, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Melita Lukunka, who died on 16th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2024 By (1) Penina Nthikwa Musaama and (2) Esther Kiteu Musaama, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Musaama Pesipesi, who died at Kitengela Medical, on 16th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2024 By Moses Leseyio Kanana, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanana Olubi Loosikira alias Kanana Olabi Loosikira, who died at Reto Village, on 15th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
