Box 240, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ongaro Onyango alias Ongaro Onyango, who died at Reru Sub-location, on 9th March, 1999. CAUSE NO. E727 OF 2023 By (1) Erick Odhiambo Mcodera and (2) Francis Ochola Odera, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odera Okech, who died at Kisumu Manyatta, on 26th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Blessing Ochieng and (2) Erenest Were Andhoga, the deceased’s widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Ochieng Were, who died on 12th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2024 By Stephen Ouma Ongaya, of P.O. Box 19, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ayuge Osanjo alias Ayuge Osanjo, who died on 15th February, 1982. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By Mary Atieno Mahende, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Maende Omom, who died on 10th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By (1) Sarah Awino Lang’o and (2) Gladwell Njeri Lango, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiambo Lengo, who died at Ramunde, on 18th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
