CAUSE NO. E673 OF 2023 By Beatrice Achieng Omondi, of P.O. Box 5, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderikus Omolo Pande, who died Kaila Sub-location, on 25th August, 1996.
