TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E680 OF 2023 By (1) Joshua Okumu Riandi and (2) Boaz Okudo Riandi, both P.O. Box 57, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Riandi Okudo, who died at Kadero Wang Chieng, on 28th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Ann Akinyi Ondego and (2) Victor Ochieng Ouma, both of P.O. Box 54, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yonah Ondego alias Yona Ouma Ondego, who died at Kitmikaye, on 19th June, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
