Box 69877–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, through Messrs. M. M. Uvyu & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edgar Gabriel Radoli, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By Stanley Kuria Mukundi, of P.O. Box 50–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Irungu Maina, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of last will to the estate of Mary Waithira Mundati alias Mary Waithera Mundati, who died at Luton Medical Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
