Box 327, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkurui arap Barsulai, who died at St. Lukes ORT Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E141 OF 2023 By (1) Ezra Koskei, (2) Vicky Koskei, (3) Benard Kiplagat Koskei and (4) Lydia Jeptoo, all of P.O. Box 758–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kipletyo arap Koskei, who died at Palm Care Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By Hiram Waweru Kareri, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangui Kareri alias Wangoi Hkareri, who died at Kapsowar Location, on 23rd April, 2014. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By Jimmy Wakaimba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Njambi Kungu, late of Kapseret Sub-location, who died thgere on 15rh September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
