TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Kinya D. M. Muroki and (2) Paul Ndungu Muroki, both of P.O. Box 294–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muchiku Muroki, who died at Lankia Nursing Home, on 30th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By Alice Waceke Kahihu, of P.O. Box 60297–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate to the estate of James Kahihu Ndirangu, who died at Kaimumbi, on 21st August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
