TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By Alice Akinyi Okungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Okungu Njaga, who died at North Ramba, on 26th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2024 By Albert Otieno Ongiro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesbon Ongiro Nyalwal alias Ongiro Nyalwal, who died on 30th March, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
