TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2023 By Magret Ogutu Odundo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Norbatus Odundo Anjejo alias Odundo Anjejo, who died on 10th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2023 By Paul Odida Asiro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Asiro Otieno alias Asiro Otieno, who died on 22nd March, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
