TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By Dancan Ojera Otuoma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otwoma Ojera alias Otuoma Ojera, who died on 1st October, 1983. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By (1) Hellen Achola Onyango and (2) Nicholas Oketch Onyango, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Oguta alias Shem Onyango, who died on 3rd April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
