CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By Joseph Njeru Giconi, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachoni Nthia alias Giconi Nthia, who died at Kiambere, Embu, on 15th January, 1987. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By Simon Njagi Kironjo, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Kilonzo, who died at Kiambere Sub-location, on 21st July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2024 By Alice Mbuya Kimwea, of P.O. Box 22, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Njeru alias Maremba Njiru, who died at Mwea Hospital, on 20th January, 2009.
