TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 23 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Wanjiku Mungai and (2) Henry Nguku Mungai, both of P.O. Box 406–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Mwihaki Mungai, who died at St. Bridget Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2024 By Kanyuru Kimani, of P.O. Box 16–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Kimemia, who died at Makutano Farm, on 15th July, 1974. CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2024 By (1) Racheal Njeri Kariuki and (2) William Gitau Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 87, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Mburu, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
