TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E325 OF 2023 By (1) Benson Karanja Karuru and (2) Selah Waithira Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 3737–01002, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karuru Njuguna, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 5th April, 1984. CAUSE NO. E369 OF 2023 By (1) Robert Gaitho Kabui Ngibe and (2) Laulah Njambi Gaitho, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mwangi Kabue, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th October, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
