E25 OF 2023 By Patrick Otieno Ogoch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Ogoch Masao, who died on 5th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By (1) Zedekia Ochieng Onyango alias Dan Ochieng and (2) Rodah Florence Ochieng, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joyce Margaret Onyango, who died on 3rd July, 2001. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Cornelius Ikoo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joey Peter Ikoo, who died on 30th October, 1996. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Gabriel Orinda Nyagonga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyagonga Owando, who died on 15th December, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
