TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 267 OF 2023 By Hezron Ododa Odindo, of P.O. Box 65, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Ogutu Adoda alias Ogutu Adoda, who died at West Kabodho, on 28th April, 2004. CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2023 By Samson Oyare Muga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johannes Muga Ojako alias Joannes Muga Ojako, who died on 13th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2024 By Consolata Atieno John, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Jamwa Abunga, who died on 30th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
