TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By (1) Masiata Enole Koshoyian and (2) Dominic ole Kishoiyian, both of P.O. Box 4–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tompo ole Kishoyian, who died at Nkareta Sub-location, on 19th July, 2007. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Anne Wangu Njuguna and (2) Daniel Ngige Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 295–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Njoroge Njuguna, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 28th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Simiren Mpaera, (2) Maripet Mpaera and (3) Hanna Ntaiya, all of P.O. Box 255, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parmutia Mpaera alias Parmutia ole Mpaera, who died at Narok County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 18th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
