Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kikuvi Mulundi, who died at Kitui, Mumbuni Village, on 26th October, 1999. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By Christopher Mati Mavindu, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilungya Muthanga, who died at Kitui, Matinyani, on 26th January, 1995. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Christopher Mati Mavindu, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngau Muthanga, who died at Kitui, Matinyani, on 6th November, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
