TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E371 OF 2023 By Maurice Mulli Kasina, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Kisangau Kiema, who died at Kakeani, on 4th June, 2006. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By Nicodemus Munuve Nzilu, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Donald Wambua Nzilu, who died at Yatta Location, on 29th November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
