TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2023 By Cosmus Mulwa Muthembwa, of P.O. Box 1, Okia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimali Muthembwa, who died on 1st July, 1991. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By (1) Antony Mutua Kimeu and (2) Muthoka Kimeu Mulwa, both of P.O. Box 12–90307, Matiliku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeu Mulwa Mutwota, who died on 11th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
