TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Julius Kiricari M’Ithiria, of P.O. Box 141–60600, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ithiria Barangi M’Katheru alias Ithiria Barangwi, who died at Mukululu Location, on 1st December, 1984. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By Saweria Mukiria, of P.O. Box 141, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Ngore M’Birithia, who died at Karichu, on 7th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
