Box 10, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Kahuria Muthumbi alias Duncan Kahuria Muthambi, who died at Ruaraka Uhai Neema Hospital in Kenya, on 8th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Kamere Kamau and (2) Virginia Nyambura Mwaura, both of P.O. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Muthoni Njogu and (2) Margaret Mugure Muthoni, both of P.O. Box 1706–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kinyua Kagema, who died at N.C.R.T.H., on 22nd February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
