Box 535–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bilha Wambui Kinuthia, who died on 17th January, 2011. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wanja Ndungu and (2) Moses Kibuthi Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 24035–00502, Karen in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ndung’u Kinyati alias Peter Ndungu Kinyati alias Kinyati Peter, who died on 5th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Muiruri and (2) Samuel Kimani Wanjiku, both of P.O. Box 688–00605, Uthiru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wahu Njuguna alias Margaret Njuguna, who died on 22nd October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
