Box 949–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Peter Mwangi Ngari, who died on 27th April, 2004. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Mwangi Mwai and (2) Jackson Ngatia Mwai, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Mwai Kanja, who died at Nyeri, on 6th February, 1993. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By Roice Nkatha Musa, of P.O. Box 11–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mbwiria M’Itere, who died at Huruma Health Centre, on 2nd February, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
