TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E620 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Wanjiku Chira, (2) Hannah Mukami Muriithi and (3) Teresia Wangari Ngugi, all of P.O. Box 32, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Chira Kiae alias Leonard Chira Kiaye, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya,on 30th April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E621 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Wanjiku Chira, (2) Hannah Mukami Muriithi and (3) Teresia Wangari Ngugi, all of P.O. Box 32, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Karii Chira, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya,on 6th July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
