E433 OF 2023 By (1) Caroline Atieno Otiego and (2) Salima Norman Midimo, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Sangonda Otiego, who died on 22nd October, 1991. CAUSE NO. E698 OF 2023 By Jane Amolo Imbo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonida Nyangueso Omedo alias Leonida Nyagweso Omedo, who died at Karombo, Korando, on 16th April, 2019. CAUSE NO. E707 OF 2023 By Moses Otieno Ogemba, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Ogemba Otete alias Ogemba Otete, who died at Korando ‘B’, on 15th July, 1982. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By (1) Sarah Awino Lang’o and (2) Gladwell Njeri Lango, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiambo Lengo, who died on 18th January, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
