TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2024 By Hellen Anyango Ogola, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Opiyo Ogola, who died on 1st September, 2006. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By (1) Susan Atieno Gone and (2) Charles Olago Odedo, both of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Dhogu Gone, who died at Kanyakwar ‘B’ Sub- location, on 19th May, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
