TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2024 By Dan Omondi Oluoch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Onyango Orimbo alias Onyango Orimbo, who died on 7th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2024 By Joseph Ayaga Olongo, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterlis Olongo Aloo alias Pitalis Olongo Aloo, who died at North Kowe Sub-location, on 2nd November, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
