TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Isaac Gem Ojwang, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Ojwang’ Onduto, who died on 24th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Phanuel Okelo Akuku, of P.O. Box 1538–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekia Akuku Onyango, who died at Konya, on 18th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
