TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2023 By (1) John Gaturoh Geita and (2) Phillys Njeri Geita, both of P.O. Box 176, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Geita Kanini, who died at Sinendet Sub-location, on 8th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2024 By (1) Milka Wangeci Njoroge, (2) Priscilla Wanjiru Karuoya and (3) James Kibarua Muthombi, all of P.O. Box 17977, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthomi Njure Kibarua, who died at Nyandundo, on 7th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
