TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Edward Rotich, of P.O. Box 140–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Chesimet, who died at Kabisoge Sub-location, on 11th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) Vincent Sigei Kipkemoi and (2) Margaret Chebet, both of P.O. Box 162, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsigei Towet alias Michael arap Towett, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th January, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
